Makossa ist eine Musikrichtung, die am populärsten in den urbanen Gegenden
Kameruns ist. Er wurde von Nelle Eyoum entwickelt und ähnelt dem Soukous,
im Gegensatz zu diesem beinhaltet er aber einen stärkeren Bassrhythmus und
eine prominente Horn.
