Poets of the Fall.com Independent-Rockband aus Helsinki, Finnland. Die Mitglieder sind Marko "Mark" Saaresto (Gesang), Olli "Ollie" Tukiainen (Gitarre) und Markus "Captain" Kaarlonen (Keyboard). Die Band veröffentlichte die Singles Late Goodbye und Lift, vor ihrem Debüt-Album Signs of Life, welches am 19.Januar 2005 in Finnland erschien. Das Album erreichte nach etwas mehr als vier Monaten Gold-Status und hat mittlerweile auch das Platin-Limit durchbrochen.
